Description

'Mark as resolved' one of topics on a Flow board
Then 'Reopen topic' from the drop-down menu
The drop-down menu temporarily gets partially hidden. The attached screencast is little bit dark (something was wrong with QuickTimePlayer during the screencast), but the hiding action is visible.

With slower network connection, the hiding is really noticeable.
