While registering as a new user in phabricator who is already contributing in Wikimedia, a user entered his email address with mistakes and registered. Now he couldn't correct the mistake in that email address to verify his own email address.

Phab username: Ulo. Sendhamilzhkodhai

I have deleted the Phabricator user account @Ulo.Sendhamizhkodhai so the user can re-register and verify their account.
(Phabricator Administrators cannot edit users' email addresses.)
