On Flow, templates {{Q}} and {{Property}} are not displaying the content into the user language.

Example, where Qs and Ps are displayed in Engish while the selected language is French.
Test with {{Property}} on a non-Flow page.

This blocks the deployment of Flow on the Wikidata francophone village pump.
