      • So I cannot verify the account.

  • https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ACentralAuth&target=Mpaulson+%28WMF%29 : "Global group: Staff"; account created on en.wp
    • https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?page=User:MPaulson%20%28WMF%29 does not have a creation log. (Maybe that account got renamed?)
      • The "Staff" group membership is already better but I'd still prefer to see the account creation log entry.

I might be overcautious. Hence Security folks are more than welcome to "overrule" me.

Hi @Aklapper, thank you for your diligence on this issue. I am not sure that on boarding guide is wholly comprehensive. For example, last time, Quim vouched for me in an ad-hoc manner as well. So perhaps this should be documented somewhere else - if you feel that would be helpful, we can help draft something.

I think in this special one-time case, speaking for Legal, please just provide NDA project access for @APalmer_WMF and @Mpaulson.
