mediawiki/tools/mwdumper repo is a fairly low-activity, standalone Java tool for dump processing. Mostly gets occasional fixes and patches from myself.

There used to be a CI job to do builds via maven, but it got lost a while ago, so is safe to wait for it to be recreated when infrastructure is there.
