Phabricator sometimes doesn't show the "[1] [2] [Next]" buttons for further Notification pages

Sometimes, seemingly randomly, when I have over 100 notifications, the notifications page doesn't show the buttons to get to further pages. Sometimes when I have several hundred notifications, some pages show the buttons and others don't, but most of the time either all or none of the pages show the buttons. When it does happen, it seems to persist across sessions and browsers.

This has gotten much more frequent since the last update.

Haven't managed to reproduce yet and could not find an upstream task about this :(

It seems like this occurs randomly. Earlier today, I can't go to page 3, now it's page 4.

Yes, but I still have no reliable way to reproduce it. About the only thing I can say is that it seems to spike after Phabricator updates and then die down over time, though that may just be a coincidence or just my perception.
