add a possibility to manipulate defaultsort from ContentTranslation

Description

CX is an article creation tool and adding {{defaultsort}} is a typical article creation activity. It's not possible to auto-adapt between languages because different languages may have different alphabets and different policies about using it. Nevertheless, it would be nice to add this to the CX interface somehow, maybe through VisualEditor integration.
