Issue: Now that transaction point data is available, changes to story points may be visually confused for other changes on the burnup chart (i.e., changing a story from 40 points to 5 points may look like cutting scope instead of re-estimating). For now, provide a retro option (but save the data in case we find other uses for it, or people want that after all)
