Description

Experienced on Spanish Wikipedia, while saving after inserting an external link.

Plus, while hovering "actualizar" link, cursor was "text" and not "pointer".

Config: Xubuntu 14.04 LTS + Firefox 45.0.2

What do you mean "impossible"? The button wasn't there? It was but clicking it didn't do anything? Clicking it changed something but not to a new CAPTCHA? Clicking it changed to a new CAPTCHA but it wasn't recognised?

Button was here but clicking it didn't do anything. I've tested it and it works now.

On the off-chance that this was actually broken, https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/302858 should now fix what sounds like the same issue.
