Which parts look disjoint exactly?
Any URL or screenshot that shows how you expect it to look instead?
(Removing Language-Team as it seems to be unrelated; might be an issue with the fonts provided by your browser.)
Everything. Check for example the sidebar or the user tools.

This screenshot on Commons shows how it should look like. (Laptop. Google Chrome 53 under Windows 10.)
Which exact fonts are used by the browser on the affected system?
I don't see yet how this is a problem on a Wikimedia site (but rather on the browser's and operating system's side).
I don't know. It was User:Raafat who encountered this problem not me. I invited him to comment here.
I can see how the Arabic fonts are disjointed in the screenshot.
Does this still happen? I cannot reproduce it on an iPod touch with iOS 9.3 (it's too old and I cannot update it to a newer version).
(Also, removing RTL tag, because it's not a RTL bug, but a font bug.)
Unfortunately closing this Phabricator task as no further information has been provided.
@Meno25: After you have provided the information asked for and if this still happens, please set the status of this task back to "Open" via the Add Action... → Change Status dropdown. Thanks!
