Sometimes I go offline but still want to translate my articles. If ContentTranslation could save some necessary data (e.g. original and translated text, with interwiki link mapping pre-processed) in browser-local storage (like what Madoko.net is currently doing but perhaps with multiple articles), my Wikipediholic symptoms can be relieved somehow.

This task might share some parts of work, mainly conflict resolution/merging, with T90163. This task requires making many components like the visual editor available offline, which can be kind of epic.
