"Start editing" popup should not appear after I've started typing
Open, LowestPublic

Description

It's even more annoying to be interrupted by the "start editing" popup/splashscreen when I'm already typing. Please make it not load when I'm already typing in the text area.

This'd be nice to get done. Blocking the activation (but not loading) of the editor until the dialog appears is a tad clunky, but probably for the best.

James: blocking the edit window would be even more sub-optimal for user interaction.

The issue reported here, is that when the human is fast and already has changed the content of the textarea, then the modal placement of a dialogue that interrupts the workflow should not occur.

ie. the solution is not to disable the textarea, it is to skip the modal diablogue when the textarea content has already been changed.

Or to only load the splashscreen if the page has been open for several seconds without the user doing anything, which might be a sign of a confused user needing directions (as opposed to someone who starts working right away and who probably just doesn't want to be interrupted).
