If we have a sum sign inside double brackets and append a symbol afterwards, the sum sign inadequately moves to the left and is orientated by the leftmost bracket.

Note that this affects the SVG imagage alone
MathML
and PNG look fine. It's especially interesting that the PNG looks good since it was generated from the SVG image.
