We should delete anything which is already provided in SmashPig/SmashPig.yaml, so that our non-sensitive config can be deployed from code.

No rush, but I've trimmed the remaining fat and uploaded a new SmashPig.yaml to my deployment home dir, it's ready to go out any time.
