Present in wmf.1 on Chrome only.

Click on any of flow-menu-js-drop
On any item in flow-menu-js-drop, right-click and select to open in a new tab/window
The open flow-menu-js-drop stays open and cannot be dismissed without refreshing the page.

Re-checked - the issue is present in wmf.1 , Chrome only (Chrome70). FF is fine.

It's unfortunate that this isn't working on Chrome but Growth team can't prioritize fixing this right now. Patches are welcome!
