Description

In T48924, there was some discussion regarding which language to be used in the edit summary input. Since most people asked to allow changing the language, we decided to do it later since it could be more complicated than necessary for the initial implementation.

It is not clear to me what is meant by changing of the language of the input or why this is even desirable. The linked task says it is sufficient if the browser shortcut to change direction works, and it works.
