Description

Create a gerrit group (Analytics-CI or something more generic) and add maven-release-user@wikimedia.org to it.

Also give this user Pull, Push and Push Annotated tags rights on analytics/refinery/source and Pull and Push rights on analytics/refinery.

Ok! There was already a JenkinsBot group in gerrit. I added maven-release-user to that, and then gave JenkinsBot Push and Push Annotated Tags on both refinery and refinery/source. Repos are already publicly readable so nothing special needed for pull.
