I wonder if we should just shut down the toolserver.org mail forwards. It's been years.

This file seems to have been lost in the meantime:
root@toolserver-proxy-01:~# cat /etc/toolserver.aliases cat: /etc/toolserver.aliases: No such file or directory
So shutting down the service seems like the best (and only) option here.
This is what the server responds with at the moment:
