Which word in the message would change depending on gender?
I don't know a language where it would be required, but I guess that the parameter on which it may require gender flexions is %{username}, if any gender is attached to this user. Maybe there are languages that may introduce it with a preposition which change depending on %{username} gender…

In Colognian (and some other Germanic languages) you must have an article with %{username} which depends on its grammatical gender.

The dashboard does not currently know anything about user gender. I'll file a task for adding gender support for users, and make it a blocker of this.
