Problem:
When changing the unit of a value the precision is changed as well. It should not change.

The formatter renders the value without the "+/- 0". The parser then guesses the precision and sets it to "+/-1". We already changed this behavior, the new version of the Number component is just not deployed yet. See T95425 and multiple other tickets.

Yes, me neither. I m trying to reproduce it on test.wikidata, but first I need to create the items and properties there, because they doesn't exist.
