[betalabs] Special:Notifications page - 1-0 message count displayed when there are no messages on a page

Description

Go to a Special: Notificaitons page - mark all messages present on the page as 'Read'
Click on a tab 'Unread'. The page displayed shows a page with no messages, but the message counter says - '1 - 0'

The same is, of course, when 'Read' messages are absent.
