Steps to reproduce

Tap a citation that's longer than the citation view can accommodate (the second citation on Tyrannosaurus works)
Scroll down within the citation view to view the entire citation

Expected results

The citation view can scroll down to the bottom of the citation.

Actual results

The citation view stops before the bottom of the citation.

Testing on iOS 9.3.1 and Wikipedia 5.0.5 (901.1). Scrolling stops at the line "Papers 361: 35-55" (the line below it doesn't show).
