+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #11074 +++

I'm wondering if it's possible to set the local time for Thai Wikisource. The time zone of Thailand (only spoken language is Thai) is on UTC+7.

So the function {{LOCALTIME}} can be used. Currently {{LOCALTIME}} displays the same time as {{CURRENTTIME}}.
