dont run the Java Script in Print mode

Description

when printing a page in wikidata , the Java script code is executed .
because of this edit links are shown, those shouldn't be shown because of two reasons:

  1. the page appear in a very traditional mode .. it appears like you take a screen shoot for your computer screen and print it.

2.the user will need to print sometimes a lot of pages which are unnecessary
