Please provide steps to reproduce the problem and the expected username.

It does now … strange, at the time I filed the bug it said (and linked to) "Śląskie Centrum Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego". The infobox still does that. (The username in the version history and the page log was always the right one.)

I can confirm that. Likely a caching issue because the user has been renamed:
