Relocate REL1_27 branch

Description

Since it is no longer possible to download individual tarballs or extensions REL1_27 should be moved up by one commit to rELCK0d59ae7a7e0e3eb5a4638ba8f814a57926dada42 to allow users to get a functional tarball from the extension distributor for the MW 1.27 branch. Unfortunately the fix for T127456 was there just one day too late.

@greg Preliminary assigning you since I believe you were involved in the process of finding a way to provide tarballs etc. I there is a procedure to follow or another person to address please advise accordingly. Thank you.

I have added a warning for other users to save them time until this issue is resolved. After that it can be removed again.

I am sorry, there is still a big issue reported with T137051. So as long as this is not fixed no working revision can be assigned to this extension for the MW 1.27 branch. Changed the wiki docu accordingly. Thus this one is stalled for now. Stay tuned.

Just backport to the REL1_27 branch? Or am I missing something here?

No if thats the way to do it. Please stay tuned a sec or so since another issue was detected which also needs to be backported.

Feel free to backport anything to any REL1_nn branches you support in your extension. There's not really anything to be done on our end from this task.
