Instead of suggesting that requesters add sources, it would do request fulfillers a great service to strongly suggest that requesters add sources. (1) Gently inform requesters that requests are not fulfilled without significant coverage in reliable, independent sources, etc. Many requesters don't know this and thus send garbage requests. (2) Instead of the paragraph box, use a single line box (with an option to add more) so users can add URLs, ISBNs, or other identifying info for Citoid to expand with relevant metadata. Bonuses: The refs will be more usable for req fulfillers rather than whatever would go into the open form. And it does some public education service.
