Description

@Pnorman pointed us to an OSM script which seems to be a better implementation of OSM replication than the cronjob we are using at the moment.

@Pnorman may have written some related scripts for the new styles as well. We can leave this open for now while we're getting data import/replication worked out on Stretch.
