For this exercise I collected Liaisons' opinions about the following topics: what we'd like to see in the future, missing skills, what we like the most about our team, recent changes that the team underwent, and those we'd like to see soon (in addition to resurrecting a 2015 SWOT table from our last team offsite, for comparison).
I think I have already gathered some interesting information which may be used for our future annual planning. I am going to resolve the task, and to revisit the topic during the next offsite, planned for January.
