Gerrit autolinker to Phabricator incorrectly expands links with anchors.

@Danny_B this is a known issue and someone tried working on this but it did not work so it was reverted.

If you just add the task Like TXX in gerrit it would automatically link to phabricator.

@Paladox Can you point me to the source of the autolinker? I can try to look at it... Thanks.

@Danny_B It was around the time we migrated at the end of 2014. I'm not sure how to find it since operations/puppet has many commits since then.

Duplicate of T76459 I assume? There's a patch. T75997 is also related.

Both, but the latter is closer to my particular case, hence duping there.
