Apologies, but I have recently had to wipe my phone because I lost it, however I was unable to remove it from my account. Despite managing to add my new phone, it would not let me log in with just one set of details. Therefore, I would like the factors removed so I can set it up again. My UCI was added here, can be verified with P3240 and this is linked to my alt account. Please let me know if you need anything further.
Hmm. Passing the text phrase in P3240 to sha512sum does not match the hash in https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:Mdann52&diff=560601417&oldid=549675366
Strange... I've just managed to get it to match - I appear to have generated it in hexadecimal when I generated it for some reason though...
@Aklapper Just to expand, entering P3240 on http://passwordsgenerator.net/sha512-hash-generator/ appears to give the right hash, maybe you could retry?

Fixed now by stripping authentication factors.
