Mobile versions of sa.wikiquote and sa.wiktionary home page only display an "In the news" section

Description

The mobile version does not display the actual home page of sa. wikiquote and wiktionary. It just display few lines about the site which does not exist in the actual home page.
You can see this error in the attached files.

It looks like both mobile pages just display "In the news" (वार्तायाम्)? Is that correct?

But that section is actually not there in the home page.

This is because this wiki has wgMFSpecialCaseMainPage set to true on the wiki.

I'll turn this off for you which will turn off mobile treatment for the homepage. You'll then be able to fix this on wiki.
This seems like a good opportunity to change the default in MobileFrontend as well. => T138425

sa.wiktionary is fixed. I'll follow up for sawikiquote and several others tomorrow.
