Siddharth Parmar is in charge of designing the next Wikimedia Transparency Report. He requires a semi-private staging area for the next version of the report: something he can push changes to and share with Wikimedia Foundation employees.

I plan to do this in the following way:

• Re-use staging Gerrit repository that was set up for this purpose last year.
• Create a bot account in Gerrit that can access that repository.
• Use Puppet to git-clone the staging repository on the host serving the transparency report.
• Configure Apache to restrict access to that part of the site to LDAP WMF users.
