Thanks @Danny_B I moved that recommendation to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects , that way newbies can do it easily

So I discovered at Wikimania that it is probably better to have an additional GLAM queue as well for non tech needs, so actually two requests.

@Sadads No need to, they are subscribed, thus getting notifications. As well as other Project-Admins can see it on the board.
