Revert notifications are not useful with autocomments

The first notification was sent to me after this revert on Wikidata, the last one after this one. The edit summary always starts with an autocomment part which is usually transformed into a meaningful summary (as you can see in the diff). Autocomments themselves are not meaningful and I believe they should be avoided.

I'm not sure which way of solving this is better: whether to ignore the autocomment part, or to transform it as it's done in logs or user contributions lists.

By the way, there's some logic to remove automatic revert comments but that doesn't work when there is some content after it and it neither works on Wikidata where revert comments are handled differently (T41134).
