Also, currently an open question about whether or not Jaime, Tony, Alan, Amy V should be present in each of the focus groups. I suggested to them:

I think this is up to you. The way I think about this is that there is a potential cost to your presence in the focus groups, which would be a negative impact the level of candor in the conversation. Conversely, the potential benefit to having you there would be immediate access to raw information as well as being able to provide first-hand perspective of why things are/were the way they are/were. If you are comfortable waiting to make this decision, I suggest we first see what kind of data we're getting back from the surveys.

@ksmith and I met with finance and Amanda from learning & evaluation to review the survey data and begin discussing the focus groups. We agreed that the focus groups would center around finance proposing/validating ideas/approaches for refining aspects of the annual planning process. We will be meeting again shortly to put a firmer plan in place for the focus groups. Once that plan is in place, we can close this task and create any appropriate related Phab tasks to continue tracking the work.

We don't really know what will be needed until after we meet with Jaime on Sept 23. After that, we'll plan to update this task and activate it. So moving to waiting/blocked for now.

Since it's going to be over a week, I moved this out of "This week" and back into our general backlog.
