Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Insert>Gallery
2. Add an image in the Images tab of gallery dialog
3. Go to Options tab set "Images per row" as 1
4. Click on "Insert"
5. Now again open the Gallery dialog
6. Observe that it opens the Options tab first inside Gallery dialog, not the first tab "Images" but the last opened tab
7. Now switch to Images tab and add an image
8. Switch to Options and click on "Images per row"

Observed Result:
