Description

Trijnstel reported tonight checkuser wiki doesn't have any format. When checking with webdebugging tools, it doesn't seem to load the css, I don't see any 404's or something.

When logged in, and going to appearances in preferences, and preview other skinks I still see a wiki without layout. Looking at recent changes doesn't show any edits on the mediawiki namespace.
