We are troubleshooting a beta issue where we are unable to start the proxy server the handles all article and image requests in the app. This is a critical bug that we need to fix before 5.0.5 can be shipped.

To help us find the cause, we show an email dialog to users when we encounter any errors creating the web service. User's can dismiss this email if they do not wish to send their data.

This prompt will be disabled in production.

The email should have the error description and code in the email as well as the current app log attached.
