Description

In the end of June 2016, a phabricator upgrade shifted the terminology away from blocked/blocking in favor of parent/subtask. Our phab help pages on wiki need to be updated to reflect this.

Absolutely! Anyone can, and please do.

I should have said something more like "It's not clear which team is responsible for making sure it happens, if nobody volunteers".

I was just about to JFDI, but it's all cobbled together with <translate> tags.... which means I can't use VE and it's unclear to me how I should go about it. :/

Closing this task as resolved as the docs don't feel "wrong" anymore. (Followup improvement edits obviously welcome.)

And it's outdated again due to yesterday's deployment...

Whacking a mole, hope this won't change again (but if it does we have the list of places here to update).
