Changing the username on Phabricator is possible, but can only be done by admins.

I'd like to have myself renamed to NMaia, per Wikimedia projects, and ask that you consider extending this functionality to non-admins too.

Is this a general request to allow users in Phabricator to change their usernames? (That would be something for upstream Phabricator developers.)

Is this a request to allow Wikimedia Phabricator users to adjust their usernames after a MediaWiki SUL rename? (That would be something for Wikimedia developers.)

Is this a request to Wikimedia Phabricator admins to change your specific username in Wikimedia Phabricator after your MediaWiki SUL rename? (That would be something for Wikimedia Phab admins.)

@Aklapper Well, all of those would be desirable. The easiest at the moment is the third option, which I would like to have done.
