Creating and deleting instances on labs does not work

Description

Steps to reproduce

  • Try creating instances in labs.

Actual results

  • After a few mins it will go into error state when building the image
  • When also deleting the image it wont delete and go into error state.

Expected results

  • Should be able to create and delete instances

A combination of restarting rabbitmq + moving more instances to labvirt1011 + deleting unused instances seems to have fixed this. Still, I'll advice not creating lots of new instances just now, because we're still on a resource crunch...
