The dead links logger marks pages that the bot failed to update in red on the table. When the bot is very busy, it's not as noticeable, but when it idles by waiting to do something, some pages repeatedly show up as a failed edit over and over. We need a subpage, that identifies these pages and possible and addendum to the logger API, that allows the bot to pass the error message from the edit.

Task 1: Accept the error message in the API (and accept support in DB)
Task 2: Create a page which shows:

• Page titles which regularly fail to update
• Number of times they failed
• Error message(s) we received
