Split off T129366: List wikis and pages with unread notifications in the Notification Page left nav
According to the specs for the Notification page side panel, the tooltips should be provided for truncated page titles.
Filter items are cropped based on the available width and hovering over them will show tooltips with the full title.

Is it OK to show a tooltip for all of them or does it need to be only for those who are truncated.
