Steps to reproduce

Migrate a user page from en Wikipedia to meta.
Go to the user page: https://en.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/page/mobile-sections-lead/User:Niedzielski.

Expected results

User page is copied from meta.

Actual results

User page is reported as deleted.
