Easiest way to understand the problem:
- Look at https://ru.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Кисловодск and find the two fingertip-sized {{geo}} icons in the upper right corner.
- Click on the second icon, "Открыть карту" to uncollapse the map.
- Click on https://ru.wikivoyage.org/w/index.php?title=Кисловодск&veaction=edit to edit the article.
- See that huge empty space? That's caused by https://ru.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Template:Geo. It seems to be "reserving" space for the full map.
Desired results:
Don't take up the whole space, if only a fingertip-sized bit of the template is actually showing in the article.
