Fundraising has hired CPS Data Consulting to help with fundraising analytics, and is requesting access for three users from CPS to analytics/hadoop data. According to @Ottomata the appropriate access groups are 'analytics-privatedata-users' and 'researchers'.

If I understand correctly this is also shell access, in that case the the steps outlined at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_shell_access#New_User_Access will be required too
@Jgreen Does the consulting contract have a determined end? We need some kind of feedback loop so that we disable their accounts once their job is finished.

@MeganHernandez_WMF, @spatton, @jrobell: can you clarify the duration of the contract? Is it ongoing or does it have a fixed end date?
@Jgreen, @MoritzMuehlenhoff: Current contract end date is December 7th, 2016, but we plan to extend thru the end of December (and the end of our Big English Fundraiser) at a minimum.

EDIT: Subtasks have been created for each single user request.
2 of 3 users are good to go now. We just need a wikitech user for "bcohn" to finalize this.
