We have a number of spare switches, but tracking them is a bit confusing in racktables. Please add all spare switches as their own line items on the spares tracking sheet on the 'eqiad - spare hardware' tab. One switch per line works best.

While we do not tend to keep spare switches under support contract, we may need to pull these into service at any given time. This update to track switches was triggered by T139752#2441749. Once we have all the spare switches and info on hand, we can allocate two of them for use on T139752.
