Can't delete en:File:Testing_protection_level_reset_on_delete_and_restore.png

Description

I uploaded https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Testing_protection_level_reset_on_delete_and_restore.png as a test of upload protection settings after deletion and restoration, but now I can't delete it. Here's what I did:

  1. Saved https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Smiley.png to my hard disk.
  2. Uploaded that file under the new title https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Testing_protection_level_reset_on_delete_and_restore.png. I uploaded it via https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload, with the "Ignore any warnings" checkbox checked.
  3. Protected Testing_protection_level_reset_on_delete_and_restore.png with upload protection (upload=administrator).
  4. Deleted it. This first deletion was successful.
  5. Restored it.
  6. Tried to delete it again. This and subsequent attempts to delete it failed with the following error message:
Error deleting file: Testing protection level reset on delete and restore.png
Error deleting file: The file "mwstore://local-multiwrite/local-deleted/b/p/n/bpnxe0zwcv22gjzydvc2jimlr70ixzi.png" is in an inconsistent state within the internal storage backends

Attempting to delete it via Special:ApiSandbox got me this message:

{
    "servedby": "mw1204",
    "error": {
        "code": "internal_api_error_LocalFileLockError",
        "info": "[V4HgmApAAM8AAFt93eoAAAAK] Exception Caught: Could not acquire lock for \"mwstore://local-multiwrite/local-public/0/00/Testing_protection_level_reset_on_delete_and_restore.png\"."
    }
}

If someone could delete the page, that would be great. I think it would also be worth checking if this is due to a bug in the software, and fix it if necessary.

I'm reopening this. @Pokefan95: the issue does seem to be the same as at the other bug, but the page still needs to be deleted. That will require help from someone with access to the database, I'm guessing. I just tried to delete it again today, and it failed with the same error, so it doesn't look like waiting will help things.

It looks like T132921 to me.

Changing projects per this.

I just managed to delete the file using the normal web interface.
