When an article contains extraneous apostrophes, the parser seems to break horribly and think everything is italic or bold. See previews of this section.

T138803 would fix this, as we're relying on MediaWiki's (presumably not broken) parsing strategy instead of some javascript we copied and pasted from someone's userspace a decade ago.
